SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within:
- 1–5 business days
During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery:
Netherlands: 1–5 business days
Europe: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Cur Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs authorities
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving their goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:

Within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Include tags where applicable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
For hygiene reasons, certain products may be exempt from return eligibility where permitted by law.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged item
- An incorrect item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Photographic evidence
We will provide an appropriate resolution.
